At Stilk, we import and sell what we consider to be the best and purest ciders from Europe. We started out in Asturias in Spain, where people like Raul Riestra makes sidra natural from the same recipe his ancestors used 800 years ago. This recipe is quite simple, as it contains only apples. We now have a range of ciders, still and sparkling, from around Europe, all with a few common trades: small, handcraft producers, as little interference with nature as possible, and, most importantly: great taste
