APEX Fitness is a page dedicated to empower fitness and health among all. The provision of daily WOD's will provide limitation to excuses and enhance commitment.
We upload one workout every day inspired by functional training.
We, the founders of APEX Fitness are both fans of functional strength and endurance training, and have practiced it for multiple years. We felt there was no go-to source of WOD's, and thus, APEX Fitness was created.
