Established in 1989 in Copenhagen, Engelbrechts A/S is one of the leading Danish design and manufacturers of timeless and modern furniture based on their dedicated philosophy to create aesthetic, sculptural and functional furniture - where everything superfluous is cut away.
Engelbrechts A/S is renown for several Danish classics, including the design icon KEVI® chair created by the designer Jørgen Rasmussen and the versatile CHAIRIK® collection by Erik Magnussen.
Behind the development of all Engelbrechts’ furniture is an experienced designer. Engelbrechts’ furniture is a craft, where tradition and innovation, sometimes two opposite forces, are unified. Their aesthetic also speaks of Scandinavian minimalism: a reduction in resource consumption, refinement and improvement of material functionality.
