TimePlan is a leading workforce management tool for employee scheduling, time and attendance, and HR administration. More than 400 companies in 25 countries use TimePlan, saving work hours and wage costs every day.

TimePlan complies with local labour rules and ensures that all work hours, allowances and absence are recorded correctly. Employees can view their work schedule on their mobile phone, sign in and out of shifts, and send messages via the messaging system.

With the Autoplan module, TimePlan can even create the roster for you automatically. The result is a better overview for employees and management, fewer hours spent on administration and more time freed up for your business, customers and staff.

The first version of TimePlan was developed in Denmark in 1995 in collaboration with HK, Danish Trade & Service and leading Danish retailers. Many of TimePlan's customers today are large international companies with thousands of employees in retail, hotel and catering, airports, amusement parks, service, production, care, private hospitals, etc. TimePlan is also used by smaller companies with 10-50 employees.

Thanks to the continuous and innovative development in close cooperation with our customers, TimePlan continues to set the standard on the market for an increasing number of industries.
