Bjerg Arkitektur is a Danish Architect company with a mission to build sustainable architecture.

Established in 1987 by Keld Bjerg, Bjerg Arkitektur encompasses an in depth and wide range of experience, ranging from urban planning to passive houses. Passive Houses make efficient use of the sun, internal heat sources and heat recovery, rendering conventional heating systems unnecessary.

Besides building sustainable and energy efficient passive houses, Bjerg is specialized in kindergarten buildings with a focus on energy friendly materials, with space for play, learning and contemplation.

Concentrating on sustainability Bjerg’s mission is to ensure costumers an in depth counseling, to make decisions to create the best circumstances for the environment and society today and in the future.

With departments in Hjørring, Copenhagen, Aalborg, Oslo and Warszawa, Bjerg Arkitektur builds passive houses and low energy buildings for both private and public developers.

Bjerg has achieved several awards along the way.
